Your PDA membership provides the following cover:

Professional Indemnity:
This is your liability for breach of professional advice or service, for example a dispensing error.

Public Liability:
This is your liability for bodily injury or damage to a customer’s property on your premises for which you are responsible.

Statutory Liability:
This covers legal costs, fines and penalties incurred through unintentionally breaching a number of acts.

Employers Liability:
This protects you if personal injury is sustained by an employee and is not covered by ACC.

Armed Hold-up:
Provides for counselling costs after an armed hold-up to a maximum of $1,000. There is no excess charged.

Counselling Support:
To provide support during an HDC investigation or other stressful event in the pharmacy.
